Unity is looking for a Finance Transformation Analyst to join our Finance Transformation & Systems team, embedded as a meaningful partner to the Finance organization. In this role, you will configure Workday Adaptive Planning models, collaborate with finance partners to solve data flow challenges, and explore AI-driven efficiencies to streamline monthly reporting and forecasting.

What you'll be doing- Maintain, configure, and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including its integrations with Workday Financials
- Partner with Finance key decision makers to gather requirements and deliver configuration solutions, using AI tools to automate reconciliation and reduce manual work
- Work with FP&A to apply predictive forecaster tools in Adaptive Planning, shifting forecasting from historical trends to predictive modeling
- Review Workday's biannual Adaptive Planning releases, assess the impact to our models, and roll out the updates worth having
- Solve data flow issues alongside finance partners and keep our reporting reliable through month-end close
- Maintain clear system documentation — configuration guides, business process flows, and training materials
- Manage support tickets and project work through a defined intake and prioritization process, communicating status proactively
- Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience in a business or functional analyst capacity
- A technical foundation in relational database modeling and how data moves between systems
- Working familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and ideas about applying them to financial analysis and data preparation
- Effective written and verbal communication, including explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of core finance and accounting concepts: GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR workflows, and expense management
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requests and projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a track record of building trusted relationships with finance partners
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or hands-on Adaptive Planning experience
- Experience with other ERP platforms
- A background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field

Base salary range: $77,700 - $116,500 USD gross
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
