The Finance Trainee will support the finance department in various tasks, gaining practical experience in financial operations within a leading automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
* Help with budget preparation and analysis, tracking actual spending against forecasts.
* Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments, adhering to company policies.
* Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support departmental initiatives.
* Collaborate with other finance team members on ad-hoc projects and assignments.
* Learn and utilize various financial software and systems effectively.

Job Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred.
* Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
