We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Finance team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.
- Initiate, develop and support automation activities within R2R
- Provide timely, proactive support on the general ledger.
- Support Month-End Closing Activities
- Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i.e.: reports on profit and loss activity).
- Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting
- Advanced Excel
- Ability To Manage Key Stakeholders.
- Team Player
- Effective Communications and Critical Thinking ability.
- SAP Knowledge
- Proficient English (written and spoken)
