Job Description
As a Finance Trainee at Takeda, you will gain valuable experience in corporate financial operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to our shared mission of improving lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for data-driven decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across Takeda functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and optimize processes.
- Create strong financial narratives to support our commercial strategy.
Requirements:
- Mandatory requirement: The candidate must be able to sign a full-time, one-year agreement with the university.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- High-level communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in financial tools, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic global organization.
- Passion for contributing to Takeda's mission and values: integrity and innovation.
