Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will perform and interpret financial analyses for the plant team. Present recommendations to management. Investigate problem areas and facilitate implementation of solutions. Leads small teams and works with or leads small ad-hoc project teams. Responsibilities may include: Finance, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Internal Audit, and/or Risk Mgmt.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and prepare monthly forecasting activities, and the annual financial planning process including preparation, recommendations and strategies
- Lead month-end close process to include journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Develop and implement necessary processes to support internal forecasting/reporting requirements and the annual plan process
- Provide counsel and analysis to assist Company in meeting the established financial and profit goals
- Responsible for moderate to complex cost analysis and audits associated with the cost accounting function
- Prepare and support cost savings analysis, product costing, allocations, tracking and reporting
- Analyze product costs and COGS variances
- Provide financial support for excess and obsolete inventory reserve, capital investment analysis and fixed asset accounting
- Participation in plant CPS activities
- You will provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 5+ years general business and financial experience
- Experience with financial modeling.
- Fundamental knowledge of, understanding of internal and external research methods for, and driving compliance of GAAP
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups and other data manipulation formulas).
- Experience working with and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, such as SAP (R/3, FICO, BI)
- Experience working with internal customers, peers and managing those relationships

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
