The Finance Systems team at Formlabs is responsible for enterprise systems used to Record, Process and Report financial data. We are looking for an experienced developer to help us automate and interconnect our core finance systems in order to serve as a source of truth compliantly and efficiently.

We are looking for a Finance Systems Specialist who will support our growing finance and procurement functions by optimizing system integrations, improving data flow, and enabling comprehensive reporting across platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, and others.

Job Description:

As a Finance Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing finance systems configuration and integrations, with a strong focus on scalability and flexibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support finance, procurement, and accounting processes, ensuring that data flows smoothly across platforms, enabling accurate financial reporting and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain integrations between finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, etc.), ensuring accurate data synchronization.
  • Support and improve existing system workflows and processes to optimize the flow of financial data across platforms.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity between financial systems for procurement, invoicing, sales, GL reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain integrations across various finance tools (Coupa, NetSuite) ensuring smooth inter-system communication and workflow automation.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems for real-time reporting on performance, procurement spending, and budgeting.
  • Assist with creating comprehensive reports that pull data from multiple sources, aligning with finance and business needs.
  • Work closely with finance, procurement, and accounting teams to understand system requirements and improve finance operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in system implementation and enhancement projects, focusing on aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of data across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance systems management or systems integration.
  • Experience managing complex company-wide initiatives from discovery, definition, and design, to continuous delivery
  • Hands-on experience with finance systems such as Coupa
  • A problem-solver with excellent communication skills, who is willing to wear many hats and jump in wherever needed to get outcomes delivered
  • Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and accounting workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage system integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting finance systems.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERPs
  • Knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools for data analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in a company that manufactures and sells physical products
