Position Overview:
The Finance Systems Manager will support the OL - FIFA accounting/finance departments and and will be based in New York, NY. In this role they will help serve to implement best practices around NetSuite, optimize NetSuite for business needs, and train our personnel to effectively use NetSuite. This person will be fully responsible for the administration of the NetSuite ERP, associated systematic integrations, ad hoc projects & requests, and assist in development of financial/management reporting for FIFA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize accounting systems: Oversee the administration and maintenance of a single subsidiary in NetSuite One World, and other related to this subsidiary financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.
- System integrations: Assist in building and managing integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (third-party applications) to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to identify system requirements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration across departments.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize accounting and financial processes, leveraging NetSuite’s capabilities.
- Project management: Assist in system implementation and integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Data management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across integrated systems, performing regular audits and data reconciliation.
- Training and support: Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on system usage, best practices, and new features.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Compliance and security: Ensure that financial systems and integrations comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and security standards.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Vendor management: Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels and performance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing accounting systems, with at least 4 years focused on NetSuite. Experience building integrations is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, SuiteFlow, integrations; proficiency in SQL and other data management tools is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading and/or assisting complex integration projects, with strong project management skills.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field;
Certifications: NetSuite Suite Foundations required. Admin/ERP Consultant is a plus.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
