Let’s talk about the role

As the Finance Systems Lead, you will be the guardian of our financial data integrity and system stability. Beyond technical expertise, you will serve as a strategic bridge between Finance, IT, and Global Operations. You will lead the maintenance, compliance, and master data management (MDM) of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) landscapes.

Your mission is to ensure that, as we scale globally, our systems remain "clean," our data remains "golden" and our financial processes are governed by ironclad standards.

As a Finance Systems Lead you will:

Systems Governance & Strategy
  • Define and enforce the global governance framework for ERP and EPM platforms.
  • Manage the Change Control Board (CCB) for finance-related system enhancements, ensuring every change is documented, tested, and compliant.
  • Lead the ERP localization process for new markets.
  • Drive process automation initiatives to streamline manual finance tasks.
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Own the global Chart of Accounts (CoA), cost centers, vendor codes, and legal entity structures.
  • Establish "Golden Record" standards to ensure data consistency between the ERP (transactional) and EPM (reporting) layers.
  • Implement automated workflows for data creation and maintenance to eliminate manual errors.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding system pain points and data requirements.
  • Drive training programs to improve "system literacy" across the global finance organization.
Process Automation & Optimization
  • Lead the "Continuous Improvement" roadmap by identifying manual, repetitive finance tasks suitable for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI-driven workflows.
  • Design and implement automated approval workflows for Master Data requests to replace email-based or manual paper trails.
Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure all system processes comply with internal control frameworks.
  • Manage user access reviews (Segregation of Duties) and coordinate with internal/external auditors during year-end reviews.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems. MBA or ACA/ACCA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in a major ERP and EPM suite.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Alteryx) or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to translate "Tech-speak" into "Finance-speak.".
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
