About the Role

Currently we are looking for a Finance Systems Integration (AI & Automation) Specialist to join our finance team. This is a hands-on finance technology role for a professional who combines accounting and process knowledge with proven experience in ERP systems, system integration, data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing accounting processes, automating accounting postings, improving ERP functionality, and integrating the ERP system with other platforms and digital tools used across the Group.

• You are a finance technology professional who combines strong accounting and process knowledge with hands-on systems expertise.
• You have delivered system, integration, reporting, or automation improvements not only identified them and you are comfortable taking ownership from requirements definition through testing and implementation.
• You can translate Finance needs into clear technical requirements and work effectively with IT teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders.
• You understand the controls, data quality, security, and change-management requirements behind reliable finance solutions.
• Most importantly, you bring the technical curiosity, delivery discipline, and practical experience needed to build a more automated, integrated, data-driven, and AI-enabled finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Process Optimization

• Review and analyze existing accounting processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Optimize the creation, validation, and processing of accounting postings.
• Develop and implement automated posting rules, workflows, and controls.
• Identify repetitive and manual accounting activities suitable for automation.
• Improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of accounting data and processes.
• Support the standardization of accounting processes across Group companies.

ERP & System Integration

• Support the integration of the Group's ERP system with other business platforms, applications, and financial tools.
• Coordinate with IT and external technology providers on system integrations and enhancements.
• Analyze data flows between ERP and other systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help define requirements for new functionalities, interfaces, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Ensure that accounting requirements are properly reflected in system design and integration solutions.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Explore and implement AI-based solutions that can improve accounting and finance processes.
• Identify practical applications of AI for transaction processing, account reconciliation, document processing, data analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and assess their potential business value.
• Work with internal IT teams and external providers to integrate AI solutions into finance processes.
• Contribute to the development of intelligent workflows that reduce manual work while maintaining appropriate financial controls.
• Promote the responsible and secure use of AI within accounting and finance.

Data & Reporting

• Support the process of development and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational reporting.
• Connect Power BI to ERP systems, databases, and other relevant data sources to enable automated and reliable reporting.
• Build automated reporting solutions that reduce manual data preparation and improve the timeliness and accuracy of management information.
• Work with Finance and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data visualization needs.
• Analyze financial and operational data from different systems to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and accessibility across reporting systems.
• Support the development of standardized Group-level reporting and dashboards.
• Investigate data discrepancies and improve controls around data quality.
• Identify opportunities to use Power BI, automation, and AI to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and business teams, translating accounting requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Work with stakeholders across the Group to understand business needs and identify opportunities for digitalization.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to ERP, automation, AI, and finance transformation.
• Document processes, system requirements, workflows, and implemented solutions.
• Provide training and support to finance users when new systems or automated processes are introduced.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation/support, financial process improvement, system integration, or automation.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, controls, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, including configuration, process mapping, requirements definition, testing, implementation, or user support.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing end-to-end processes and implementing workflow, integration, or automation improvements.
• Practical understanding of system integrations, APIs/interfaces, master data, data flows, and data-quality controls
