Finance Systems Analyst

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will play a key role on a global business system implementation teams and support Finance teams worldwide with their systems and financial reporting needs. As a Finance Systems Analyst, a typical day might include the following:  

Under moderate supervision, you will:

• Collaborate with Finance, division operations, and Information Services to understand current processes, design and implement improved workflows and communicate system changes to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Provide subject matter expertise in financial processes and requirements, applying creative problem-solving to ensure the successful deployment of our business systems globally.

• Partner with international Finance teams to identify and implement process improvement solutions, with the opportunity to travel.

• Collaborate with international Finance teams to provide process improvement solutions with the opportunity to travel globally.

• Design, create, test, and lead the implementation of new tools for a variety of technologies including OLAP cubes, MS Dynamics AX, MS Power Platform, and others.

• Maintain and enhance financial reporting tools and platforms used globally across the company, ensuring high levels of data quality and accuracy. Tools and platforms include OLAP cubes, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Power Platform, Deltek Vantagepoint and others..

• Support Finance users across international regions by offering guidance, troubleshooting, and training to promote system adoption and alignment with corporate financial standards.

• Act as an information steward through master data management and monthly reconciliations of financial systems tools.

• Provide support to other Finance groups to help gather, organize, and analyze a wide variety of data with the opportunity to become an expert in company-wide information.

This job might be for you if: 

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field.

• You have experience withusing, supporting, or implementing enterprise-level business systems.

• You are an innovative, motivated, and self-directed individual.

• You have strong Excel skills;skills, including proficiency with the MSicrosoft Power Platform.

• And have a solid understanding of corporate accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts.
