Position Overview

The Finance Systems Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the financial infrastructure and processes of Vantage EMEA. As a subject matter expert, this position will be responsible for providing advance system support and maintenance, primarily for the Yardi platform. The primary focus will be on ensuring the continuous performance and stability of Yardi, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of the Yardi system administration, including setup, user administration, system configuration, ongoing maintenance and data security
• Support with the implementation process for new Yardi modules, upgrades and enhancements; collaborating with stakeholders, external advisors and Yardi representatives to ensure smooth and successful rollouts
• Develop and implement system-wide best practices to optimise system approval workflows
• Provide comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring user satisfaction
• Communicate with 33 Floors, our third-party support partner, ensuring that the necessary support is provided
• Support on the implementation, management and integration of wider business systems
• Ensure that the company’s internal financial control systems, processes and policies are complied with by all parts of the Company’s operations
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support on the monitoring of project progress and provide regular updates to management
• ·Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of financial systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making

Job Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Yardi Voyager essential
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and financial reporting software.
• Proficient in the user of PowerBI
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and training skills
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors and other service providers.
• Work effectively in collaboration cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver business objectives
• Confident decision maker, even with incomplete or limited information
