Finance Systems Analyst and Support

The Financial Applications Development (FAD) team is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of new features, modules, and process improvements within our financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite. This role goes beyond operational support. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on expert who will drive the evolution of our finance technology stack, partner directly with stakeholders, and play a key role in scaling our global finance infrastructure as JetBrains continues to grow.

• Lead the end-to-end analysis and delivery of new NetSuite modules, integrations, and system enhancements from gathering requirements and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and system owner to the global Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance teams, helping them translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Design and optimize financial processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and global operational needs.
• Make advanced configuration changes in NetSuite, for example by implementing custom objects, workflows, scripts, approval flows, reporting, and integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolution for complex production issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our finance technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Legal, IT, Engineering, and Business Systems teams to design and implement new features, data models, and automation.
• Lead system governance, maintain documentation standards, establish best practices, and enforce platform consistency across entities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts and support team members.
• Deliver training sessions, participate in onboarding and knowledge sharing to empower NetSuite users globally.
  

• Proven experience leading financial system initiatives, preferably in NetSuite or another enterprise ERP.
• The ability to analyze complex financial processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in system configuration, workflows, data structures, and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A background as an accountant, business systems analyst, or financial systems specialist.
• The demonstrated ability to drive projects autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in global or multi-entity environments.
• Prior experience with NetSuite or ERP implementation projects.
