Job Title:Finance Support
Summary:Responsible for FP&A functions- reporting and presentation, preparation of budget, various analysis and publishing of results
Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly reports and analysis to internal stake holders like – Revenue Reporting, Regional/functional KPIs & Dashboards, Price & margin analysis, P&L/SG&A analysis and other need-based MIS.
- Presentations to internal stake holders on key data and analysis thereon
- Sales and margins reconciliations.
- Inter Company Cross Charges and Royalty Workings
- Book close and month end activities – Claims accruals, Profit/cost center checks & reclasses.
- Preparation of Segment P&L for Transfer pricing compliance
- Preparation of functional budget, computation of burden rates.
- Support the regional team on audits, schedules, and analysis.
- Other adhoc tasks (Need based data mining/reports, Assist in analytical reviews )
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in finance.
- Ability to work in an SAP enabled environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting & analysis.
- Excellent communication skills; flexible and cooperative.
- Ability to independently work under pressure on multiple tasks/ projects.
- Ability to work as part of a global matrixed team.
- Diligent character with willingness to learn.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Proficient computer skills and advanced MS-Excel/Power BI skills.
