Responsibilities- Organize and price contracts
- Correct pricing and adjust commissions when needed
- Create payables and receivables for aftersales
- Create remit sheets and request checks
- Maintain organization of various schedules, reports, and documents
- Effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with various levels within the organization
- Process incoming refund checks from vendors
- Correct contracts in Menu Metrics system
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, must be able to work independently and/or as a team.
