The PositionAs a Finance/Supply Chain Trainee you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both supply chain management and finance in a multinational pharmaceutical company. You will interact with all the company’s functions and get a broad understanding on how the Finance & Supply chain makes an impact within a multinational environment by thinking global and acting local.
The Opportunity
Interaction and engagement with all internal and external stakeholders to make sure that the goods are available in the market on time, at the correct quantity and quality in order to support our company’s targets and vision.
Maintain and develop key relationships with both internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement of the service delivered.
Monitor third party logistics providers, implement structured performance targets and improve service levels.
Manage daily operations related to customer order process, ensure adherence to shipping deadlines, meeting the agreed contractual timeframes with the Warehousing and Distribution Contractor (W&DC) and provide feedback to the customers when is needed.
Support tasks related to EKAPY processes from order to final payment.
Receive, handle and manage the customer requests for return according to the legislation.
Produce internal sales reports upon request for internal needs.
Create & maintain master data in the Enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Handle, review and track the status of the customer complaints related to logistics issues.
Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information.
Support finance activities needed for the implementation of Aspire (mappings, processes etc).
Support Internal Controls monitoring and execution.
Participate on Ad hoc projects.
Who You Are
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
You bring 1–2 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are eager to continuously learn and grow.
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
You communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with logistics software (such as SAP, TMS, or WMS) is an advantage.
