Are you ready to lead the charge in finance at UPS? As a Finance Supervisor, you'll get to dive into financial data and manage payroll, all while spotting the big financial trends that guide our strategy, streamline our processes, and keep our treasury operations on top of today's demands. Your Tasks
- Lead cost analysis, bid modelling, and financial forecasting
- Interpret financial statements, spot trends, and use advanced analysis to shape business plans and decision-making
- Manage payroll process for accuracy and compliance
- Organise workflows, develop procedures, and stay updated on labour contracts and state laws
- Coordinate UPS Treasury operations and banking relationships
- Collaborate with regional UPS Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams, and resolve internal treasury policy and procedural issues
Your Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
- Flexible working hours, typically around 08:00 to 17:00
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
- The ability to handle unexpected events
- Technology and industry knowledge
