Your opportunity
We're currently looking for a Business Controlling Supervisor to join our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye team. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while providing valuable business insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and continuous process improvements.
You will report to the Business Controlling Manager and be part of the Finance Team.
Where you’ll be
- You will be located at our Esenyurt site in İstanbul / Türkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support monthly closing, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational performance reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Perform profitability, cost, and business performance analyses.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support management decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and management reporting by leveraging BI platforms, AI-powered analytics, and data automation tools.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or External Audit.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), AI-enabled analytics, or data automation solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English.
