  • Develop a deep understanding of the self-serve funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion) and provide actionable insights that inform both Product and Growth strategy.
  • Own forecasting and planning processes for Self-serve revenue across all segments, regions, and products; provide clear visibility into drivers of growth and performance against plan.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models that connect marketing demand generation, growth investments, product or pricing changes, and external drivers to revenue outcomes, enabling high-quality scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Assess ROI of growth initiatives and other customer acquisition investments, ensuring capital is deployed effectively to maximize long-term value.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process automation, data standardization, and improved data infrastructure in partnership with Data Science to increase reporting accuracy and decision velocity.
  • Translate complex financial, product, and growth data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
