We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing finance operations team of approximately 50–60 professionals across multiple finance pillars, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliation, Commission Chasing, and Accounting Support.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical capability, finance process knowledge, and leadership maturity. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coach teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across AP, AR, Reconciliation, Commissions, and/or Accounting functions.
- Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to SLA, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Drive problem resolution through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Supervisors and team members.
- Manage escalations effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional finance partners for timely issue resolution.
- Oversee workload planning, performance reporting, business review preparation, and operational governance.
- Evaluate data and performance metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Influence cross-functional outcomes and strategic initiatives while maintaining compliance with internal policies and frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment in decision-making.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in business needs and working schedules.
- Willingness to support extended hours, weekend, or public holiday operations when required.
- Prior experience in finance operations is preferred.
- Willing to be based in BSD City or Central Jakarta.
