In this role, your goals will be:
In 3 months: ·
- Familiarize with the reporting requirements and accounting systems used. ·
- Completion of pending audited FS from prior years ·
- Establish a good quality reconciliation to support the audit readiness of the legal entities that we report In 6 months to one year: ·
- Complete all the pending audited FS from prior years ·
- Analyze historical financial data to establish a trend ·
- Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks on a timely basis ·
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Finance to deliver set goals and targets ·
- Execute process improvement initiatives
