Job Description – Finance Specialist – LatAm (Brazil-based)

THE TEAM
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is the largest live entertainment company in the world, comprised of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorships, ticketing solutions, e-commerce, and artist management.
The finance team is responsible for maintaining the business’s financial, accounting, and internal controls. As a facilitator for the business team, its goal is to automate processes and reporting, as well as to ensure a strong control environment.
THE JOB
The Finance Specialist – LatAm will support the Regional Finance Director in delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting, planning and analysis across Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil as the main growth market. The role will act as the Regional Finance Director’s “eyes and ears” in Brazil, ensuring close alignment with the local business through regular feedback and coordination. This is a senior individual contributor position with a clear development path toward a future Finance Manager role across LatAm.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead and coordinate the Strategic Plan and annual Budget process for Brazil and support the broader LatAm region.
- Own financial analysis, monthly close support and management reporting for LatAm (specially Brazil, with selective support to Chile and Peru and the relationship with Mex/Colombia).
- Prepare executive-level presentations and support quarterly reviews with regional and global stakeholders.
- Act as the main finance counterpart in Brazil, maintaining regular feedback and alignment meetings with the Regional Finance Director and Brazil Team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analysis using Power BI or Domo, supported by advanced Excel financial modeling for LatAm overview.
- Support and train regional teams on OneStream, ensuring consistency and quality in reporting processes.
- Contribute to the regional rollout, optimization and continuous improvement of PragmaDev from the finance point of view.
- Serve as the regional Point of Contact for Cumulus and support ongoing process improvements and standardization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, with a solid foundation in accounting and corporate finance.
- Solid finance experience in e-commerce environments or businesses with high transaction volumes and large-scale sales operations.
- Experience in regional or multinational environments is preferred.
- Languages: Portuguese (native/fluent), English (fluent), Spanish desirable.
