Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping for the US entity in QuickBooks and support preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Conduct quarterly commission audits and process payouts for the Sales team accurately and on time.
- Support board reporting by preparing and analyzing key SaaS metrics such as NDR, GRR, and product-wise revenue.
- Oversee monthly customer invoicing and ensure accurate maintenance of Accounts Receivable records.
- Prepare and share weekly AR reports with management, highlighting collections status and risks.
- Play an active role in setting up and improving finance processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the company is always due diligence ready, particularly in preparation for future funding rounds.
