Finance Specialist

We are looking for a responsible Finance Specialist to analyze financial matters and provide strategic advice. You will leverage financial management expertise to conduct cost analyses, prepare budget reports, and ensure compliance with business objectives and regulations. Additionally, you will support senior management in evaluating potential acquisitions and making strategic decisions. Ultimately, you will help design and monitor short-term and long-term investment strategies to drive financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoice-related activities efficiently.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Process daily transactions and ensure accurate, timely payments.
• Maintain and update internal financial systems with accurate data.
• Perform month-end finance closing activities.
• Address financial issues and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage and oversee bank account transactions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
• Support direct Supervisor/Head Division/Team/Committee with ad-hoc or project-based tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the finance field.
• Eagerness to learn about overseas financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of financial trends within the company and market.
• Experience handling overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and internet banking portals.
• Solid knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Fluency in English (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
