As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team in Torino.


Job Description

  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, efficient collection of receivables, and reconciliation of balances with the general ledger. Record all business transactions through accurate journal entries, and lead month-end and year-end closing processes to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts, offering insights into the financial performance of the organization. Monitor company performance using both leading and lagging indicators to ensure financial health and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Cost Management and Efficiency: Manage procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and financial prudence, driving responsible spending and operational savings across the organization.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling: Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets to support long-term strategic planning and business growth.
  • Financial Processes and Cash Management: Implement and own key financial processes, including cash management, financial reporting, accounting procedures, and preparation of annual accounts, ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO, CFO and leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a reputable accounting firm and/or a similar role in a fast-growing SaaS company. International experience, particularly in the UK, is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting and finance processes and systems, including Xero (UK) and TeamSystem (Italy).
