YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a finance analyst eager to help us improve our financial processes in Poland. You will be part of the Finance Team based in Warsaw.

THE JOURNEY

  • Work with a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution.
  • Reconcile management reports with financial reports.
  • Implement new procedures focused on standardization and optimization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses using financial data to support decision-making.
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with business plans and forecasts.
  • Provide meaningful business insights (YoY, MoM, and vs budget) to all Finance stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Educational background in Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or similar.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A.
  • Experience in startup, tech, or e-commerce is nice to have
  • Advanced in Polish and English.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
  • Analytical profile, data-driven, goal-oriented, and teamwork.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
