About the job
Blue Bottle Coffee Korea is looking for a passionate and seasoned Finance Specialist to join our Korea Finance team. This role requires a passion for financial information and strong organization skills.
Reporting into the Korea Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely financial operations while supporting the company’s sustainable growth in Korea.
You will
- Handle end-to-end accounting for E-commerce and CPG channels, including revenue recognition and cost accounting
- Support to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with group standards
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting across cafés, e-commerce, and CPG channels
- Oversee vendor management Support tax filing, VAT reconciliation, and statutory reporting
- Concur expense management, ensuring policy compliance
- Provide financial data and planning support for budget, forecast, and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial KPIs
- Assist with external audit requests
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance analysis as required

You have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field
- Around 5~7 years of overall finance experience (accounting, FP&A and related projects)
- Proficient Korean & business English level written and verbal
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Sigma, SQL and NetSuite (Oracle) is a plus
- Experience in the retail or F&B industry (preferred)
- Advanced skill in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace tools are a bonus)
- A deep love and respect of delicious coffee, food and amazing guest experiences
