Project & Solution Management
- Lead end-to-end finance system projects, including ERP and EPM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Manage the transition from existing EPM / ERP systems to Headquarter strategic China-local finance software, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee gap analysis between global and local systems, and design solutions to bridge functional and process differences.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the key liaison between Headquarters Finance, Local Finance teams, and IT departments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels to manage expectations and drive change.
Change & Transformation Leadership
- Lead change management initiatives to support process reengineering and cultural adaptation during system transitions.
- Develop training and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in finance operations through technology and process optimization.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all finance solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and local regulatory standards.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in finance systems management, including hands-on ERP/EPM implementation.
- Proven experience with both China-localized finance software and global ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Strong understanding of finance processes, regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-border finance transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for driving digital transformation in finance.
