In accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Supports site financial planning activities, following franchise timelines and processes.
- Assists in the development and presentation of detailed project budgets, analyses, and executive-level forecasts and projections for senior management.
- Assists in identifying and presenting critical insights related to project objectives, opportunities, and risks, as well as mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Supports SAP implementation from a cost accounting perspective.
- Builds strong cross-functional and cross-franchise partnerships at all levels within Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and Commercial organizations to gather and challenge assumptions, model scenario implications, and influence business decisions.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management.
- Responsible for following all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, as applicable.

Experience and education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 4-6 years of relevant multinational experience is required.

- Strong analytical, technical accounting, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience in cost accounting.
