Agilent Business Reporting team is looking for qualified and motivated analysts to join our team. We provide direct financial reporting support to Agilent's Business finance functions. Here, you'll join the dynamic and progressive team that's delivering the business finance reporting and analyst services critical to business planning and control. And you'll get to partner with the businesses by playing key role in driving improvements and re-engineering processes.
Specific responsibilities for Reporting includes:
- Responsible for generation of reports and critical analysis.
- Handle business queries around the reports published and ensure timely responses.
- Works on projects/assignments with clearly defined objectives-Participate in process improvement projects
- Maintaining Accuracy and TAT for the reports published.
- As per business requirement, might need to work in night shift for 4-5 days each month.
Qualifications- Chartered Accountant, Master's Degree or equivalent with typically 6+ years relevant experience .
- Strong Accounting & Reporting knowledge. for example Management reporting, FP&A reporting, Reconciliation, Income Statement Analysis, Book Keeping etc.
- Excellent communication (written & oral).
- Proficient on MS Office.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
- Excellent analytical and spreadsheet/presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Hyperion Smartview, Hana and MS Excel macros/VB desired.
- Good team player and ability to work independently.
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation.
