RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers
  • Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments – sales, accounting, pre-owned, service, and parts
  • Work directly with our employees to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
  • Work diligently to develop your skills and always use proper selling methods
  • Participate in a weekly training schedule with the Finance Director
  • Participate in one on one meetings weekly with finance director and monthly with GSM
  • Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals
  • Maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
  • Make sure all deals are structured properly to maximize profitability and work with lenders to capitalize opportunities.
  • Achieve annual sales forecasts and set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits through periodization.
  • Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
  • Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations including support to the Sales team in structuring transactions
  • Maintain sustainable dealership production and revenue levels based on monthly goals given
  • Responsible for profitability in the finance department
  • Review sales manager’s finance numbers daily, weekly and monthly
  • Help manage all other aspects of the finance department

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Must have a clean & valid driver license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen & background check
