The Finance and BDC Assistant is responsible for accurately entering and processing vehicle finance deals and completing all required finance documentation and paperwork. The Assistant reviews deals for accuracy and completeness, obtains any necessary information or documentation, and ensures files are properly prepared for submission and funding.
In this role, you will also assist the BDC with inbound and outbound customer calls, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining accurate customer information in the dealership customer follow-up system (CRM). You will communicate with customers to confirm appointments, answer basic questions, and ensure leads are promptly and appropriately followed up on by the appropriate team member. This position supports the Finance and BDC departments and does not have primary vehicle sales responsibilities.
Employees in this position will paid a base hourly wage of $22.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction & the Mossy team
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads to make an appointment with sales department
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Maintain comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and services offered

- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
