Finance S4Hana Key User

We are looking for a Finance S4Hana Key User to act as a pivotal link between local end-users, divisional teams, and the Transform360 program. This role is critical in ensuring successful local integration and adoption of SAP S/4HANA within the Finance function.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of finance business processes, strong SAP expertise, and excellent communication skills to support implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• ​Serve as the primary liaison between local end-users and divisional/global teams.
• Ensure successful local integration and adoption of Transform360 within Finance.
• Assess local business and legal requirements during fit-to-standard activities.
• Participate in solution testing and provide expert feedback.
• Collaborate on the creation and execution of test plans.
• Provide business-relevant feedback to central teams for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to localization of training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Participate in discussions to establish locally valid process standards.
• Support the Local Implementation Manager with implementation strategies.
• Assist Division Lead Key User by providing local insights.
• Aid Data Experts in ensuring local data quality and integration.
• Work with Change & Training Managers on training needs analysis, planning, and delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and coordinate release upgrades.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Strong background in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in a key user or similar role.
• Deep understanding of finance business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption
• English: Proficient (mandatory).
