The Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Finance Revenue Manager to join our FP&A team, focusing on revenue forecasting, inventory forecasting and analytics.  The ideal candidate will partner closely with supply chain, sales, and global finance to provide data-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support strategic decision-making.

Revenue Forecasting & Planning

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models across regions and product lines.

  • Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align on forecasts, risks, and upside scenarios.

  • Perform variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods, identifying key business drivers.

Inventory Forecasting & Management

  • Monitor inventory levels across global warehouses and recommend actions to optimize working capital.

  • Partner with supply chain and demand planning teams to drive inventory accuracy and minimize excess/obsolescence.

  • Support monthly and quarterly inventory roll-forwards and reconciliations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue and inventory KPIs (e.g., turns, DOH, forecast accuracy).

  • Present trends and actionable insights to finance and business leaders.

  • Support business reviews with clear and concise financial storytelling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain–focused environment.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with strong expertise in Excel, Access / BI tools and financial modeling.

  • In-depth knowledge of Percentage-of-Completion (POC) revenue accounting, including the ability to model revenue forecasts based on POC methodologies.

  • Extensive experience with ERP and forecasting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and partnership skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with revenue forecasting, inventory forecasting, or working in a global supply chain Finance or Sales Finance environment. Demonstrated ability to drive forecasting accuracy and influence operations through data. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global organization.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$175,000.00. (Applicable to California)
