We are looking for a mid-level Finance Reporting Specialist to join our finance team in Belgrade. This role is primarily focused on financial reporting and data quality, with complementary exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
You will work closely with external accountants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across multiple entities, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of monthly consolidated financial reports including P&L, BS, CF management accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Review and analyze the primary financial data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform account and variance analysis to support management understanding of financial results.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, primarily from a reporting and data-validation perspective.
- Contribute to ERP system usage and improvements across businesses and locations.
- Handle various ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, audit, or a similar role
(Big 4 experience is a strong advantage) - Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills - complex formulas, data analysis techniques (Power Query is a strong advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica is a strong advantage) and reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy
- Proactive, structured, and eager to continuously improve processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
