Finance Reporting & Insights Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Reporting & Insights Specialist to strengthen our group planning, management reporting and analysis in the SAC environment.

About the role

In this role you will support reporting and planning operations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related S/4HANA processes, drive standardisation across OpCos and act as the key interface between Finance and IT/BI. You will combine strong controlling expertise with a passion for data, systems and continuous improvement, ensuring decision makers have accurate, timely and consistent insights. Beyond traditional reporting, you will help shape the future of Finance analytics by leveraging automation, advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive the development and enhancement of management reporting, dashboards and analytics capabilities in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related platforms
• Run and improve Group reporting and quarterly planning cycles in SAC and S/4HANA
• Define and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and transparency across the Group and OpCos
• Act as a subject matter expert and key user for SAC and related Finance reporting processes, providing guidance, training and support to the wider Finance community
• Act as the key bridge between Finance FP&A, Business Control, IT and BI teams, translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Support the development and implementation of AI agents, automated analyses and intelligent reporting solutions that enhance Finance productivity and business performance management
• Support project controlling activities and drive continuous improvement through automation and documentation

Formal Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or similar
• Solid controlling and management reporting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or Group environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and/or planning ( familiarity with S/4HANA reporting concepts is a strong plus)
• Preferably experience leveraging AI technologies (e.g. AI agents, generative AI, predictive analytics) to enhance financial reporting, planning, forecasting and process automation

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to investigating data and process issues
• Confident stakeholder management, coupled with an ability to bridge Finance and IT/BI and align priorities
• A proactive, service-minded attitude with a drive to standardise, document and automate
