The Finance department is in charge of producing transparent, high-quality financial accounts, as well as contributing towards the sustainability of operations and company growth. To keep up with the rapid expansion and increasing complexity of our financial operations, Vinted’s growing Finance team is looking for a Finance Project Manager within Vinted Finance Systems & Projects Team. Vinted Finance Systems & Projects team is working closely with different Finance teams to assist them in running complex projects ranging from tool implementation to coordination of merger & acquisition projects.
In this position, you’ll- Build project plans, schedules, and documentation that keep work on track and progress visible to stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvements that keep Finance aligned with evolving organisational and business needs
- Guide project teams day-to-day, removing blockers and keeping work pointed at the right outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and other departments to align expectations and coordinate delivery
- Coordinate Finance contributors on company-wide initiatives
- Extensive professional experience with a proven track record of specialized focus on high-level project coordination or leadership
- Agility, solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Extensive stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Advantage: high level knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes
