Role and responsibilities
As a Finance Project Manager, you lead high‑impact projects that improve how finance operates and delivers value. You work across stakeholders, balance structure with flexibility, and keep teams aligned on shared outcomes.
You will:
- Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation projects or major workstreams within larger programs.
- Translate strategic finance objectives into clear plans with measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across finance, technology, and business teams worldwide.
- Drive planning, risk management, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Enable effective governance, decision‑making, and timely escalation.
- Align solution design, requirements, and adoption across stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted project delivery partner for senior finance leaders.
Education and experience
To succeed as a Finance Project Manager, you bring a strong finance foundation combined with project leadership experience.
You have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience delivering complex projects in large, international organizations.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or major change initiatives.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and data‑driven reporting tools.
- A track record of leading cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong experience translating evolving requirements into structured, executable plans.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Other information
You will report into the head of the Program Delivery team within the Transformation & Digital Finance organization. The role is based in Veldhoven and collaborates with global teams. Occasional international travel may be required.
