Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Meet the Team

As the Finance team, we keep  Fever running smoothly by managing payments, invoices, and financial operations, ensuring everything is accurate and reliable so other teams can focus on their work.

The Role

Fever is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central worldwide, and we need to move faster. The global blueprint is designed and working, and 18 entities are already live, including Spain, the US, the UK, Ireland, Mexico, Colombia, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. The rollout will cover all 55+ countries where Fever operates, plus companies that join Fever through acquisitions.
Each new entity starts from a different place: a legacy system or an external accounting provider. Each has its own tax and accounting rules.
As Finance Project Manager, you will run several country rollouts at the same time. You will own the plan and coordinate local finance teams, tax advisors and implementation partners. You will also do hands-on work on data migration, testing and user training. At Fever, we turn plans into results.
This is a permanent role in the Financial Systems & Process Innovation team within Finance. As Fever grows, it opens doors to other finance projects and roles across the finance organization.

What You’ll Do

Drive the rollouts

  • Plan and run several Business Central country rollouts at the same time, from kick-off through go-live to hypercare
  • Own each rollout's plan, milestones, cut-over plan and risks, issues and dependencies log; report status clearly to Finance leadership
  • Execute the existing rollout playbook (templates, checklists, readiness criteria) and improve it with each wave so rollouts get faster
  • Assess newly acquired entities and bring them into the rollout pipeline

Cover finance and localization

  • Run fit-gap reviews of local requirements against the global blueprint across A/P, G/L, A/R, fixed assets, intercompany and VAT/tax; keep local changes to what is required
  • Work with local finance teams, tax advisors and implementation partners on statutory and tax needs such as e-invoicing, VAT reporting, local chart of accounts and statutory books
  • Validate that the existing connections to Fever's own platform work for each new entity

Get hands-on

  • Prepare and check data migration: opening balances, open A/P and A/R items, vendor and customer master data, fixed assets. Reconcile it against legacy systems and external accountants
  • Plan and run user acceptance testing with local teams, and track issues until they are resolved
  • Train key users and local finance teams; write process guides and work instructions
  • Support the first month-end closes after go-live and hand over smoothly to business-as-usual support

Communicate and coordinate

  • Act as the single point of contact for each rollout across Finance, Tax, implementation partners and outsourced accounting providers
  • Raise risks early, drive decisions quickly and keep everyone aligned in a fast-changing environment

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
  • 5+ years in finance, finance systems, ERP implementation or finance consulting
  • At least one full-cycle ERP implementation or rollout with finance scope, ideally as project manager or workstream lead; two or more is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and finance ERP, especially A/P and General Ledger, plus working knowledge of A/R, fixed assets, intercompany and VAT
  • Experience in multi-country work, and an understanding of how local tax and statutory rules shape an ERP setup
  • Proven project management skills: planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and running several workstreams at the same time
  • Hands-on attitude: comfortable checking data, testing and training users yourself; advanced Excel
  • Comfortable with technology and AI: you use tools, automation and AI wherever they speed up or improve rollouts, data migration and testing. You don't need to be an engineer, but you understand data, tools and processes well
  • Clear communicator who coordinates internal teams, local finance teams and external partners at every level
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by a fast-paced scale-up
  • English C1 or above (mandatory)
  • Based in Madrid

What We Do

Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
