About the Role
In this role, you will lead the core finance strategy for both domestic and international operations, driving initiatives aligned with the company’s priorities and product roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as product, business development, legal, sales, and marketing to design, launch, and execute impactful financial projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead core finance strategy based on the priorities and roadmap of domestic and international financial operations,
  • Collaborate and lead relationships with cross-functional teams including product, business development, legal, sales and marketing to launch and execute financial projects based on product priorities,
  • Establish qualitative and quantitative analysis of marketplace finance projects, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap,
  • Manage and allocate technology resources to drive the best results,
  • Analyse business needs in order to provide relevant solutions,
  • Actively contribute to the projects by providing business and financial insights,
  • Foster collaboration between different teams driving overall project success.                                              

Qualities We're Looking For

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent work experience,
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, leading backlogs and designing processes,
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, finance and financial operations such as accounting, reconciliation, treasury and financial reporting,
  • Familiarity with Trendyol Group's international growth and markets,
  • Manage projects end to end - scoping, set up project plans, keep stakeholders informed and drive for timely and expected delivery,
  • Experience with defining, developing and leading large scale programs or products in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work successfully with teams and individuals across the organization and different locations,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences,
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills, self-directed and high attention to detail,
  • Professional command of English language supported with certificates or professional experience,
  • PMP or another relevant professional certification will be a plus.
