What will you do?En Barceló Hotel group buscamos un/a profesional con perfil analítico, orientación a la mejora continua y fuerte componente tecnológico para incorporarse al equipo de Soporte y Procesos Financieros. La persona seleccionada jugará un papel clave en la optimización de procesos, evolución de sistemas SAP y la integración entre plataformas críticas del negocio en un entorno multinacional y dinámico.
Las principales funciones a realizar serán:
- Configurar y optimizar procesos financieros en SAP.
- Gestionar integraciones entre sistemas clave del ecosistema financiero.
- Identificar oportunidades de automatización mediante RPA y uso de IA aplicada a procesos financieros.
- Dar soporte funcional a equipos internacionales.
- Resolver incidencias y coordinar con equipos técnicos.
- Asegurar la calidad e integridad de la información financiera.
- Colaborar en proyectos de expansión (nuevos hoteles / adquisiciones).
- Formar a usuarios y facilitar la adopción de nuevas soluciones.
Los principales requisitos que deberá cumplir la persona seleccionada son:
- Formación en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar
- Experiencia en SAP FI/CO y procesos financieros
- Experiencia en mejora de procesos, automatización y integraciones de sistemas
- Experiencia o exposición a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) y/o implementación de soluciones de IA
- Nivel alto de inglés
- Mentalidad analítica, resolutiva y orientada a resultados
- Capacidad de interlocución con equipos financieros y técnicos
- Disponibilidad para viajar

Skills Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- Experience with SAP FI/CO and financial processes
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and system integrations
- Experience or exposure to RPA and/or implementation of AI solutions
- High level of English
- Analytical, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to liaise with finance and technical teams
- Availability to travel
