Job Summary
Under the direction of the Finance Manager Commercial Strategy generates and analyzes financial information by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze, report and present production variances including price variance, material variance, scrap discrepeancies and labor/burden spend and volume variances.
- Partner with Operations, customer teams and HR to develop PowerBI reports to help build business understands, monthly reporting, forecasting and adhoc requests as required.
- Provide analysis and explanation of financial results.
- Monitor and report financial performance, explain variances to budgets, forecasts and prior year. Prepare and present consolidated reports to management as appropriate.
- Assist in automation of reports, analysis and other synergies in PowerBI and excel.
- Track sales performance, providing detailed analysis of variances
- Prepares and analyzes quarterly revenue recognition calculation.
- Assists others in the organization to gather information in IFS, SAP, or JDE.
- Support with analysis and development of FY standard costs.
- Assists PLM and commercial teams with pricing of new products, NBO opportunities, or pricing changes due to tariff or cost changes.
- Assists Dir of Finance and management with projects
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance, 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or others in the organization.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

- Demonstrated analytical skills including excel and ability to interpret and present data.

Salary range for this position is: $107,000 to $145,000 annually.
The base pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills
