Join Agiliti as a Finance & Pricing Intern and develop innovative methods for evaluating new business opportunities. You'll analyze metrics from various stakeholders to design unique solutions and rebuild financial models for onsite programs. This role offers the chance to work with various professionals, and analyzing and recommending improvements that can drive insightful metrics for field partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with rebuilding the financial model for onsite programs by working with SMEs to align business segments and standardize offerings.
- Analyze existing T&M rates for contracts and provide recommendations for increases and standardizations.
- Assist with onsite financial metric review by gathering and recommending data for new financial performance monitoring.
- Partner with the Finance team in ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of insightful metrics and standardized financial practices to enhance overall financial performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in Finance or a related field (Junior/Senior student).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Must be able to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Creative problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates are in their Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor program, or pursuing an advanced degree
