About the role
We’re seeking a Finance Partner to play a key role in guiding our Customer business units with sharp financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Drive business improvement: Identify and shape commercial initiatives that improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance our operational performance.
- Guide strategic investment: Provide insightful financial modelling and 'what-if' analysis to build compelling business cases for major projects and new initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven insights: Partner with business leaders to guide planning and forecasting, challenging assumptions to ensure we invest wisely and effectively.
- Influence key decisions: Act as a trusted advisor, using your financial acumen to track performance against strategic goals and influence positive change
- Engage with and influence senior stakeholders
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Tertiary accounting, finance or commerce qualifications plus professional accreditation (e.g. CA, CPA, ICA, CFA)
- Advanced MS Office skills - Excel
- Budgeting and forecasting skills and the ability to identify and analyse key business drivers
- Ability to influence and advise Senior Management on financial issues and projects
- Strong numeracy and operational / financial modelling skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information concisely
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple portfolios/projects simultaneously
