Hiring: Finance Business Partner
I am Daina Večkytė and I am leading Finance Function. Currently I am looking for an experienced, professional and ambitious team member.
What you’ll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with dedicated department as well as with finance colleagues. Being first PoC for the business in financial matters, you will be providing the Management with operational financial support, drive planning, forecasting & reporting process and have other responsibilities listed below:
- Provide operational financial support – First PoC for the business
- Prepare monthly management reporting including insights and recommendations
- Drive the planning and forecasting process within the business line
- Secure accuracy/completeness of business line financials
- Develop and implement KPI´s and key ratios to drive profitability, cost and cash flow efficiency
- Set targets, drive scorecard process and support management with plans to reach targets
- Perform cost analysis on department level
- Support process and internal controls improvement

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with high level of integrity and loyalty, and the ability to make quick decisions, focusing on the business and results. As Finance Business Partner you have strategic thinking and business acumen competencies: business understanding, high ability to create and understand business models and scenarios, and to challenge and influence the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Advanced knowledge in accounting and reporting
- From 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a large company or a large company division
- Excellent communication skills with people, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and the staff in the distance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and very good knowledge in English

Monthly salary range for this position – 4160 – 5500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.

Skills Required
