YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Actively contribute to resolving supplier and customer inquiries related to international billing and payment topics. Utilize third-party tools for the management of customer and supplier payments. 
  • Master the day-to-day oversight of payment operations, including reconciliation, preparation of monthly closing reports, and managing Pay-Ins & Pay-Outs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in payments, establishing strong connections with external providers to enhance existing processes and operational workflows. Collaborate closely with product teams and various departments in a fast-paced, multicultural environment to identify and gather requirements for enhancing current processes.
  • Take a lead role in developing and conducting training sessions on payments and billing for internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies throughout all payment and billing processes.
  • Contribute actively to the development of strategic financial initiatives aimed at fostering organizational growth.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in finance operations or a similar role.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience using Customer Support tools like Salesforce. Familiarity with SQL is a valuable asset.
  • You are self-motivated and driven, with exceptional attention to detail that enables you to navigate and manage complex financial data with precision.
  • You have a proven track record of working with and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • You have hands-on experience using various payment tools and managing international billing and payment methods.
  • You bring experience in working within startups or building processes from the ground up.
