Responsibilities
- Support the team with basic financial reporting tasks
- Collect and update data in Excel / Google Sheets
- Check data for accuracy and completeness following instructions
- Assist with document organization and archiving
- Help prepare simple reports and summaries for the team
- Support monthly routines and reconciliations under supervision
- Follow established processes and guidelines
- Participate in process improvement tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
- Confident computer skills and experience with Boxnet or other cloud-based document management systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive).
- Basic knowledge of financial document handling and regulatory compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to create clear, structured reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent English proficiency; able to read and interpret internal policies and regulations.
