About the role
We are looking for an Finance Operations & ERP Specialist to support the migration of existing companies from external accounting systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As Fever continues its rapid international expansion, we are driving a strategic project focused on the internalization and automation of finance and accounting processes across the Group. This role will play a key part in enabling that transformation by ensuring scalable, standardized, and efficient ERP onboarding for new and existing entities. The position combines ERP migration, financial operations, and process alignment across multiple countries, in line with the Group’s global standards.
What you will do
- Coordinate and collect financial and administrative information from external accounting firms and local teams.
- Analyze local financial and administrative processes and align them with Group standards.
- Migrate accounting and operational data from external systems into Business Central.
- Map local charts of accounts to the Group’s global chart of accounts.
- Analyze, reconcile, and migrate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Configure VAT / tax settings according to local regulations.
- Set up posting groups, G/L mappings, and Group-specific configurations.
- Work with approval workflows related to purchasing and invoicing.
- Validate migrated data and support testing and go-live activities.
- Provide post-migration support and resolve functional and user-related issues.
- Work according to defined project plans, timelines, and deadlines.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within accounting/finance modules of ERP.
- Experience in multi-currency environments.
- Solid understanding of ERP-driven financial operations.
- English level C1 or higher (mandatory).
Nice to have:
- Experience in ERP or accounting system migrations.
- Experience working in multinational groups.
- Familiarity with structured migration or implementation projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
