Finance & Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for routinely and accurately maintaining financial records for analysis and reporting. A successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, focus, meticulous organizational skills, and discipline.  The ideal candidate possesses understanding of finance, business, and sales principles, and is a team player who is eager to pitch in where needed to ensure smooth scaling of business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Methodically maintain data and metrics to help with FP&A.
• Calculate monthly compensation for the sales team.
• Compile, process, and present Sales, Bookings, and Delivery metrics on an ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist with financial reporting and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, CS Ops, Accounting, and Legal to reconcile contracts and accounts.
• Maintain organized & detailed documentation for processes, exception handling, and variance analysis as support for annual external audits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
• 2-4 years experience working in a corporate finance, operations, or business-related role.
• Experience in  SaaS Finance and/or a startup environment a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required. 
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, NetSuite, analytical tools helpful.
• Impeccable focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly absorb information and systematically identify process gaps and/or areas to improve efficiency.
• Self-starter motivated to work independently, prioritize, and reliably meet deadlines.
• Inquisitive, critical thinker, understanding of and adaptable to changing business needs. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to be an effective remote teammate.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with people from diverse multicultural backgrounds and different workstyles.
• Strong sense of integrity, morality, and confidentiality around sensitive information.
