Your Mission
Reporting to the Scheme Fee Director, Finance Operations, you will play an instrumental role within the finance team. You will own card brand and bank invoice monthly expense processes and expense reporting. Bring your analytic skill set to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely expense reporting. You’ll need to possess the ability to research new or missing fees and escalate to management. Bring your ‘can-do’ approach to join our growing global organization as a Finance Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Download invoices from various sites
- Enter all invoices into an Access Database
- Run database functions
- Identify all new billing lines and expense variances for review by Senior Analyst
- Ensure that all invoices are saved in a SharePoint site
- Ensure automated emails are sent from the SharePoint site in a timely manner
- Reconcile the expense totals submitted for processing back to the data source to ensure accuracy and completeness in expense reporting, report variances to Senior Analyst
- Create invoices for external banks when needed
- Ensure all variances in expense are communicated clearly to various internal stakeholders
- Proactively monitor fluctuations in expense items and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure proper handling of capital expenditures
- Respond to questions/concerns in your area of expertise
- Support the Scheme Fee Director and Senior Analyst in research and other tasks.
- Must speak and write in English
- 3-5 years of analyst experience or bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience
- Ability to identify and research anomalies in financial data and notify leadership of results
- Advanced Excel, Word, and Access Database skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving
- Positive attitude, focused on finding solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SQL is a plus
