  • Special Projects and Audits: Participate in special projects, such as internal audits and ad-hoc assignments, as required by senior management.
  • Support Finance Team: Provide back-up support to the Finance Manager and team, promoting continuous quality improvement in all finance operations.
  • Technical Accounting Application: Apply new technical accounting guidelines to work processes and develop exception reporting and reconciliation procedures to manage high transaction volumes efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 Years of Experience: Previous experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field, preferably in an insurance brokerage, large agency, or fast-growth environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving existing processes and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Why Join Pathpoint?

  • Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Flexibility: Remote work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
  • Innovation: Be part of a company that is transforming the insurance industry with cutting-edge technology.
